Brittny Wilson

Brittny joined Rise in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and a track record of helping organizations grow their impact. She began her career in fundraising and quickly discovered a talent for connecting people to causes they care about. Over the years, she’s served in senior development director roles, led multimillion-dollar fundraising campaigns, and built strong donor programs from the ground up.

In 2019, Brittny launched Brittny Wilson Consulting, specializing in nonprofit recruitment, hiring strategy, and fundraising support. Through this work, she has partnered with organizations across the country to recruit top-tier talent, strengthen fundraising operations, and improve donor engagement.

Her connection to youth mental health is personal—she’s seen firsthand through her work with child welfare organizations the life-changing difference timely support can make for young people in crisis, and she’s committed to breaking down the barriers that keep them from getting help.

Outside of work, Brittny loves camping with her family, hosting friends around the firepit, and traveling whenever she can. She’s excited to bring her skills, network, and energy to Rise’s mission of ensuring youth and families can access the care they deserve.
